Parkgrid Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was founded by four engineers with a hundred years of combined experience in mechanical, structural, and electronics design.
We saw the same problem on every site we visited: developers spending crores on land, then losing 30–40% of it to parking that wasn't even sufficient. Multiple vendors. No single point of accountability. Cost overruns when something went wrong.
So we built a company that solves the whole problem — design, manufacturing, installation, and service — from a single owned facility in Vasai, Mumbai. No middlemen, no traders, no finger-pointing between vendors.
Our mission is simple: bring world-class automated parking technology to Indian projects, manufactured locally, supported locally, and priced for the Indian market.

Mechanical Engineer with 40+ years of expertise in manufacturing and heavy/light fabrication. Leads Parkgrid's advanced manufacturing facility in Vasai, Mumbai.
Mejo Vettiyatil
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer (Mumbai University) with an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. Former Tata Consultancy Services consultant with cross-domain experience in logistics, banking, finance, and aviation.
Rahul Nene
25+ years in Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Project Management. Over 20 years with leading MNCs building elevators and automated car parking systems.
Subhash Pedanekar
B.Tech Civil Engineering, IIT Bombay. 36 years as a structural engineer and Proprietor of Pedanekar & Associates since 1987. Member of IWWA (Indian Water Works Association), MIE (Institute of Engineers), and ISSE (Indian Society of Structural Engineers).

Our Vasai facility handles structural steel fabrication, machining, assembly, and quality control in-house. Most of our competitors trade imported systems. We manufacture ours.
